1-day detox diet to get rid of bloating quickly

When we speak correctly of a detox, we refer to a detoxification or cleansing of the body, which is normally achieved by making changes in our diet to help our body eliminate impurities, waste and toxins. Here we share a detox in 24 hours.

When you get up

Squeeze a fresh lemon into hot water and drink it slowly. As it is the first thing your body ingests, it goes directly to the intestines and helps clean fecal matter.


For breakfast, eat fruits until you feel satisfied or those allowed are: apple, pear, papaya, pineapple, plum, watermelon, plums, berries, apricots and peaches. We suggest that they be consumed at room temperature. You can accompany it with a vegetable juice that contains: cucumber, ginger, celery, alfalfa, parsley and carrot.

In the middle of the morning, we recommend consuming more fruit, we suggest strawberries, apples, pears, papaya or consuming twenty green grapes without combining them with other fruits.


For lunchtime, a raw vegetable salad, mint cucumber soup, cooked cabbage leaves with brown rice, oats or whole barley are suggested.


As a snack you can consume sunflower or pumpkin seeds, very easy to find in

stores that sell natural products. Accompany them with a vegetable smoothie that contains carrots, avocado, apple and lemon. The latter helps to disguise flavors that may not please the palate so much.


For dinner we recommend a broth with a lot of potassium, add potatoes, carrots, red beets, celery and parsley, delicious and nutritious!

At night , repeat the hot water with lemon, and before going to bed, lettuce and celery are allowed.

Drink a lot of tea!

Consume it preferably before and after each meal for its healing power and detoxifying effect. Nettle, dandelion, chamomile, mugwort or echinacea tea is recommended.
