Shipping method
The normal delivery time in Mexican territory is 3 to 5 business days, unless you have chosen "Super Express Shipping" when placing your order, which is 24 to 48 business hours. All shipments within Mexico are 100% guaranteed. For more information on shipments in transit, see here.
If the delivery address is located in an extended area or in a town outside the regular coverage, the delivery time may be extended by 1 to 3 more business days and in some cases additional charges may be incurred.
We make national and international shipments mainly through the courier companies DHL, FedEx, RedPack and/or Estafeta, which are illustrative but not limiting. The courier company is chosen based on location, logistics, efficiency and speed to your destination.
International shipments last 3 to 7 days on average. The international shipping cost is quoted by the same platform automatically depending on the volumetric weight of your order. Import procedures, taxes and/or tariffs that may exist in international shipments are the complete responsibility of the buyer.
