- 2 carrots
- Juice of 1 orange
- ½ glass of water (100 ml)
Preparation and consumption
- First, peel and chop the carrots into small cubes.
- Next, add the chopped carrot to the blender and process it together with the orange juice and half a glass of water.
- Make sure you get a smooth, lump-free drink.
