Drink 1 glass at breakfast, one at noon diluted in 1/2 liter of water, one more at lunch, another at mid-afternoon and the last at dinner, for 3 days in a row. To complement it, you can eat foods rich in vitamins B and G, orange or chamomile tea before going to sleep, and 2 liters of water to avoid dehydration.
