  • 1 sweet apple
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 teaspoons honey, optional
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water


  • Cut the apple into large pieces. Cut the oranges into halves and remove the seeds. Remove the skin from the oranges and cut them into large pieces or squeeze the orange juice.
  • Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water, apple pieces, and orange pieces (or juice squeezed from oranges) to a blender jar.
  • Blend until you obtain a smooth puree.
  • Pour into serving glasses and drink immediately for maximum nutrients.
