Was one of your New Year's resolutions to go back to the gym, but you've lacked the time and motivation to stick to it?
Don't worry! It's still possible to maintain and firm your body daily while working discreetly without being noticed... Work your abs, thighs, arms, etc.
We'll give you some tips for exercising at the office to help you get in shape and achieve a firm, toned body without going to the gym.

Exercise 1: Work the abs
In a seated position with your back straight and shoulders relaxed, contract your abs and suck in your stomach. Hold this position for a few seconds. Think about inhaling and exhaling deeply. Do this exercise 7-8 times in a row. It works your deep abdominal muscles and helps you achieve a flat stomach.
Remember that the longer you do it, the greater the benefits will be.

Exercise 2: Working the thighs
Sit on the edge of your chair with your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Lift both legs and hold the position for a few seconds, contracting your abs. Repeat 3 times!
Always have a positive attitude.

Exercise 3: Working the glutes
This simple exercise helps you achieve perfect glutes!
Sitting in your chair, contract your glutes 20 or 30 times. Repeat this 3 times. In a few seconds, you'll feel the effort and your muscles warming up. Hold on!
