How to prepare thyme to combat bronchitis?

  • Take twice a day until you feel improvement.

  • Honey (450g)
  • Thyme infusion (600 ml)


  • First, add the 450 grams of honey to the thyme infusion.
  • Next, mix until homogeneous.
  • Serve in a syrup jar.
  • Take a dose of 5 milliliters (equivalent to a teaspoon) up to 4 times a day.
  • Place in the refrigerator and extend the treatment until you feel improvement.
