How to use:
- Stretch the Bi-zone Infrared Detox Sauna Sheet and connect the two cables to the main control output.
- Lie down on the blanket to begin the operation.
- Turn on the equipment.
- Set the time and desired zone(s).
- After setting the working time and outlet temperature, press the "S/P" button to start the process.
- Once the process is finished, turn off the machine and unplug from the electrical outlet.
- Clean the sheet with regular water without additives. You can use white vinegar spray with a few drops of essential oil if you prefer.
- Once dry you can fold it and keep it in a cool place free of moisture. Do not expose it to the sun.
