How to use
1. Move the blocker to allow air to enter.
2. Tighten the inflation pump. (Pump)
3. Place the Neck Comforter around your neck and slowly increase the pressure with the inflation pump to a comfortable position.
4. Move the blocker to prevent air from escaping.
5. At first, use it with low pressure for 5 ~ 10 minutes, later, when feeling a positive response from the body, increase to a maximum of 20 to 25 minutes.
6. When you finish using, slowly press the blocker to gradually release the air valve.
